CITYPODS願景

CITYPODS誕生於花蓮吉安，一座以貨櫃建築與自然景觀交織而成的實驗基地。我們以「模組化智慧空間」為核心，結合AI溫控與廢熱回收技術，把每一個立方體都設計成可移動、可堆疊、可長住也可開店的生活單元，為數位游牧與移動工作者打造安全、舒適且具設計感的短居店旅體驗。從建築、空間設計到智慧科技，團隊跨域協作，讓CITYPODS同時是一間精品旅宿、一個零售舞台，也是未來國際節點的原型。花蓮旗艦店只是起點，我們期待在保持循環設計與在地連結的前提下，逐步編織出一張跨城市、跨國界的CITYPODS網絡。

移動生活已成常態，卻仍有太多短租空間在安全感、設計與永續之間做出妥協。CITYPODS選擇從花蓮出發，將模組化建築技術帶進地方創生現場：以可拆解、可再利用的結構減少建築浪費，透過廢熱回收與智慧溫控降低能耗，同時保留足夠彈性，讓同一組模組可以因應不同階段的城市需求，成為旅宿、長住、公用空間或零售櫃位。對數位游牧與遠端工作者而言，CITYPODS是一個在陌生城市中也能快速建立起生活節奏的基地；對地方社區而言，它則是一個能引入人流、創造商業與文化交流的開放載體。我們相信，美學、科技與永續不應互相犧牲，而是共同構成下一代智慧空間的基本條件。

身為空間與室內設計總監，他長期投入飯店、共辦公與住宅專案，擅長在極小面積中整合收納、工作與休憩動線。於CITYPODS中，他重新詮釋「旅館房型」，讓每一個方盒都具備精品旅宿的細節，同時能因應零售櫃位、長住套房或短租工作室的多重場景切換。
